My husband and I have been training with Justine at Renegade for three years now and love it! The facility is clean and staff are very friendly. If you are looking to start a new fitness routine or step up your current one, I highly recommend training with Justine. She is friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. She keeps the routine fresh while ensuring you are making progress. She can tailor to your ability, even if you have an injury. I was having knee issues and my physio therapist said she was super impressed with the program Justine had me on. I am the strongest I’ve ever been - super happy we made the decision in 2021 to start training at Renegade!
I began training with Justine in October and she has been amazing for building both my strength and confidence. I took a two year hiatus from strength training so I was nervous coming back but she has given me the confidence to lift heavier than I have before in all of my athletic/fitness career so far. We have only just began but I look forward to seeing how much stronger I will get as we continue training together! All the other trainers and staff at Renegade have also been super supportive and friendly, and the environment is so welcoming. This place is actually amazing, you have to see it. They've got everything you could want for training including full rack setups, barbells, dumbbells, cables, a deadlift platform (really wish this was more common) and all the machines you'd find in a quality gym. For groups too they've got turf, ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls you name it. And nice areas for warming up which my gym didn't have and why I left. Then, as a trainer, they really stand out. They have a really nice separate area for trainers to do our consultations and chill between training clients, along with a one way mirror so you can monitor your clients or groups as they work or come in. Just check out their website to get an idea and give them a call, it's super easy to register and book time. Devin and Daryl are both studs so it's a good experience just being there, it's pretty motivating.
