I completed 16 laser hair removal sessions at this location . During treatment, I went consistently every six weeks. While I sometimes thought hair growth looked slightly reduced, two months after stopping, everything grew back as if laser was never done. I followed the schedule, did not miss sessions, and my hormones were tested and are stable, so there is no medical reason for the lack of results. After all those sessions and that cost, there was no lasting improvement at all. This was extremely frustrating and felt like a complete waste of money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone considering laser hair removal.
This was my first visit to Renova Hair Laser, and I was very nervous because I had a bad laser experience in the past and I have very thick hair. Amanda was absolutely amazing. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She was incredibly patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything and make sure I was okay throughout the session. She did a great job and handled everything with so much care and professionalism. I truly appreciate her positive attitude and attention to detail. I’m so glad I came here and I’m already feeling much more confident about continuing my treatments. Highly recommend Amanda and Renova!
I’ve been coming to Renova for about 7 months for full body laser treatment. I’ve had several different techs throughout my time and each were kind and knowledgeable, explaining the process and checking in throughout the session. My most recent session was with Amanda who was very personable and professional. The front desk workers are also great, very friendly and easy to schedule with. Overall, I’ve had a great experience here so far. I have already referred a friend here and would refer more.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now, and honestly the whole team is amazing. The staff is so caring and they always make you feel comfortable. The laser works incredibly well ,I just finished my last session and my skin is literally smooth and silky with no hair left. No pain, no discomfort at all. The location is super easy to find, and booking appointments is always simple. One thing I appreciate is that they take their time and never rush you, so it’s important to be on time so they can give you the best service. Highly recommend this place to anyone thinking about laser hair removal. They’ve been perfect from start to finish. 💛
