I went with a recommendation and my intuition on this choice and im glad I did! Kenneth & Sean were outstanding. They were kind, skilled, and very very helpful! I was told that they would be able to take apart my bed & sofa, but my bed is the kind with super storage from ikea and it was very involved. They did it, and put it back together - im super impressed, EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! The whole experience was a delight, I highly recommend, especially if you need a little extra help.

I had meant to post this review a few months ago. Came across the note I’d made of Wealth, Fidel, and Sean’s names so figured better late then never. Rent-a-Son was a pleasure to work with. It was a local move where I needed, on less than a week’s notice, help moving a house’s worth of “big stuff” and some packed boxes. The office was responsive to my query and made sure I understood how things should go. The movers showed upon time and ready to go! The move was made within the time budgetted with no extra costs (aside from some materials that had been clearly quoted in advance). There was one small damage issue but that was immediately brought to my attention by the mover. They then tried to fix it but they were not satisfied with the results. We looked together at it closer later and I was able to be confident we would fix it with a little time later. Another of the movers actually noted an issue with a piece of furniture that I assured them the issue had been pre-existing but they were actually able to show me an easy and effective fix for that one. A very efficient team that were respectful of our homes, our stuff, and ourselves. Thanks guys!

Excellent experience with Rent-a-Son from start to finish. The inquiry and estimate process was smooth, with clear and thorough communication from Erika in the office. On moving day, the team, Sean, Kenneth, and Isaiah, arrived exactly on time, handled a fairly large, 11-hour move with professionalism, efficiency and great care, including disassembling and reassembling several large pieces of furniture, and packing the kitchen items. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Professional, friendly and committed. We are very grateful for the help of the Rent-a-son team. Josh, Carlos and Sean were amazing throughout the move. They arrived early and made sure all our items were safely packed and stored in their spacious truck. We had some big challenges too at the new place as access to the loading area was limited resulting in the team needing to carry everything and extra 100 feet. Also, just near the end of the move the team really showed their ability as the elevator failed and they carried a massive farm table up the four flights of stairs to our new home. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. Rent-a-son came highly recommended by our realtor and we are so grateful for following their advice. Of course I highly recommend them too for your next move.
