This is the best rental equipment company in Austin, Texas. I deal directly through Shane, who is the president of rental Equip and he has been amazing. Not only does he have my equipment ready at any of the locations we choose his team and him are extremely professional and take care of their clients. Lorenzo and the crew took great care of me and provided me with prompt service and a quality working machine. Don’t waste your time with the box stores like Home Depot who refused to provide customer service and help in a time crunch. I will get all of my future tool rentals through Rent Equip and Lorenzo.

First time renting here, had an issue with one of the tracks on-site. Casey the mechanic was very informative and resolved our issue in a prompt manner. Had us back up and running in no time. These guys will be my go to rental company!
