Revised and updated review: I had a couple of issues with a rental and extra charges recently. Management/Ownership contacted me about it and got it corrected without issue. A hydraulic hose sprung a leak during normal use and the maintenance group listed it as a customer's fault. That decision led to a rather inflated charge to replace one hydraulic hose on a simple Harley rake cylinder. The additional charge on my card came as a surprise to me which led to me contacting them. After a conversation with Management/Ownership, we concluded that the extra charge had come from some communication issues and we got it all sorted out. While I don't think this situation should have needed management's assistance to correct, I was glad to find out that it is still the same family group that owns the business.
