Wonderful experience from start to finish. Recommending for sure! A girls day that we will do again! Warm welcome, treatment room was relaxing with the aroma and the audio! 3 of us had head/scalp massages. Very professional! And the pricing was affordable.

I really like Kat so it's unfortunate the front desk staff are incompetent and lose appointments/cancel appointments without notifying their clientele. I had booked an appointment for January 26th on December 4th, recieved a confirmation email and all, but when I called today to confirm the location (there are 2) I was told my appointment magically disappeared. I recieved no email nor voicemail notifying me of this change. This is a huge issue for people who recieve massages as part of their physio- I experience daily chronic pain and pushing me around like this is not only mentally frustrating but actually devestating when you require pain relief. I was told the best they can do is put me on a wait list. That's not an acceptable solution. The woman on the phone also wasn't very apologetic, rather nonchalant and cavalier. Every interaction I have with her she is stoic and offputting, which I was willing to deal with until she completely messed up an important appointment for me. Her personality really is not fit for a customer facing role. Adding insult to injury, really. Unfortunately I won't be returning due to the incompetency of the front desk staff. All my best to Kat.

I had a body wrap today. It was nourishing, relaxing and so soothing! Rosie was professional, guided me with treatments and gave me an incredible head massage. The room was spotless and inviting and the bed was heated. Care, attention and first class service makes Renu my spa of choice Thank you Rosie!

The massage itself was excellent, very relaxing and exactly what I needed. The massage therapists here consistently provide great service, and I always leave satisfied with the treatment. Unfortunately, I’m taking one star off because of the receptionist’s behavior. The attitude and unfriendly demeanor were noticeable, not only toward us but also toward other customers we witnessed during our visit. This is a place people come to relax, and the first interaction should set a calm and welcoming tone, which sadly wasn’t the case.

Renu Spa (both Westboro locations and downtown Ottawa location) is my favourite spa! Their service standards across the board with all practitioners are excellent. I have gone for massages with many RMTs and they all provide exceptional services and have helped my overall wellbeing. I have also gone for various facials and other spa services, my favourite being the Platinum Hydrofacial! I’ve never left disappointed. All of their staff that I have interacted with is always welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. I also find their facilities very clean (above the average of other spas I have been to).
