Had my phone repaired here recently. The service was super quick, they had parts on site, good customer service and very affordable pricing!

Another business that can't manage their online presence. Not open according to hours.

Fixed my old 2015 MacBook Pro keyboard & trackpad. I went to other places to check out prices & getting it fixed, most including official Apple retailers said it’s too old and couldn’t be done. These guys had it done within 24hrs, they text me when it was ready for pickup. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Please DO NOT go here to get your phone or anything repaired. 1 Star – Extremely Poor Service, Please Avoid I had a terrible experience at Repair Pro in Melbourne Central and would strongly warn others to stay away. I initially paid $85 for a cable and adapter that I didn’t even receive because the technician realised there was an issue with my charging port. He told me to come back so they could fix it. When I returned, things got much worse. The boy who worked on my phone pulled a wire inside the device and didn’t tell me. I only found out because I questioned why my phone suddenly had no network. His response was simply, “Oh, there’s a wire broken, come back Tuesday and we can fix it.” No apology. No accountability. Nothing to say that he caused the damage. He only started apologizing when he realised how it was impacting me and how I was questioning him about all the issues. I wasted around 1.5 hours dealing with this mess. The manager was just as unprofessional—saying things like “accidents happen, you should know this.” No, customers should NOT be expected to accept careless damage with no warning. Instead of taking responsibility, they suggested I pay $300+ for a loan phone, which I refused. Because of this store’s mistake, my phone didn’t work for 2–3 days, and I ended up having to spend $1000 on a new phone. This was a complete disaster. Avoid this store at all costs. I will also be raising a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs.

I recently had my device fixed by Repair Pro in Melbourne Central and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Not only did they offer a better price than other repair shops, the service was also excellent. 👍 @Anriduh, you were professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about resolving my issue quickly, the green screen issue was temporarily resolved, and the quote for a replacement screen was a full $300 less than other shops in the CBD!!! If you are looking for a quality repair service at a reasonable price, I highly recommend Repair Pro in Melbourne Central 😃👍👍
