Stopped here because of the great reviews. That immediately changed when we walked in and tried to order drinks. They didn’t have the ingredients for either of our drinks. Went with an alternative drink and it wasn’t worth the $15 paid. The games were okay, felt like they were a little pricey though. Overall we stayed 10 minutes maybe less. Maybe this place is great on most days but we would never come back here.
visited reset bar and the bartender Reuben set the tone right away. He greeted us with energy and paid attention to every detail. He kept the drinks consistent and moved fast. He checked in often and made sure everyone felt welcome. Reuben gets great service without waiting. The atmosphere feels better because of him. I recommend stopping by if you want a place where the staff treats you well.
Awful experience, bartender acted like he couldn't hear me and stole a dollar from me too. The atmosphere was super unwelcoming and the music got louder as soon as we got inside?? Bartender was buddy buddy was a group of guys and basically ignored my group of friends. Not the place to go if you're in Austin, there's way better bars out there.
Ernesto was absolutely amazing! Friendly, attentive, and made some of the best drinks I’ve ever had. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and created such a fun, welcoming atmosphere. If you’re lucky enough to have Ernesto as your bartender, you’re in for a great experience!
