Very very very impressed with the selection I am super happy to have come across this store, I went in on a mission looking for something in particular and found something way better and I will definitely be back the $100 dollar box option is a brilliant idea and it's very dangerous alot of hidden gems thank you again very much Merry Christmas y'all!

Everything here is completely overpriced for what you get. The owner acts like he’s above everyone else and is extremely rude, condescending, and entitled. It’s clear he thinks customers should be grateful just to be in his store. Definitely not worth the money or the attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I have only been doing business with Reset STL for a few months and I couldn’t be happier with them. Anytime I have shoes that I want to sell, I always hit them up first. They have always offered me a fair price and they have an amazing inventory of New and gently used shoes. Their vintage T-shirt selection is unmatched in this area. Check them out if you’re looking to sell shoes, buy shoes, anything vintage, or just for a good vibe.

I have only been doing business with Reset STL for a few months. In those few months, I have taken quite a few pairs of shoes there to sell and they have always given me a very good price. Lily is super cool and just has good vibes. She’s always friendly when I come in and communicative prior to going in. I was just there yesterday selling a pair of pretty rare sneakers. And Seth asked me what I would be good at for them. I told him my price and he asked me how about.——— Which was $80 more than my price. Can’t go wrong there. They are honest, knowledgeable, and They have earned my business forever. I will never sell a sneaker to anybody else. And I can’t wait to go and spend some of the money I’ve made off of my sneakers there on some new ones.🤣 You guys rock! Keep up the awesome customer service. Wishing you all of the success in the world!

It was easy to find a parking spot. We weren't able to enter right away as there's a limit to the amount of people that can be in the store. Door security was very kind in explaining that to us. We were comfortable waiting outside the door. I was here with my teens so I don't know much about the shoe game but the apparel seemed a little expensive for used things. The outfits were very unique though! The staff was friendly and took the time to address my teens inquiries. Everything was set up nice. The vibe and smell were very inviting and I enjoyed being there.
