Update: So i filed myself through HR block and guess what.... accepted right away. So here is what's going to happen, review is staying and I will write more formal complaints against this business or REFUND for the work you never did! Never filed taxes, lies and said she did. When I email her to call her out on lying she doesnt respond back. They don't answer the phone, wonder why!! First it was excuses now its just no response. Bet this will get a response??!

This is the second year. I’ve had my taxes done here. Irene did them both times she is excellent. Everyone is friendly and the service is fast and accurate. Thank you. Marcy and William the owners are super great people. I highly recommend this place.

So far so good. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and offered to help fill out the forms if there was a problem. We met with Marcy and again everything went smoothly.
