This experience was so amazing. Ethan and Madeline were so welcoming and easygoing explaining the services and how I am able to benefit from each. I walked in feeling fatigued and left feeling rejuvenated. The compression therapy was relaxing and thank you to Ethan for ensuring my comfort level. Full body Cryo was So much fun with my friend. It being her first time both Ethan and Madeline put her at ease and we left with smiles in our hearts and on our faces making plans for our next session! You absolutely must try if you haven’t!!!

My experience here was so amazing because as a creator, I’m constantly on the goal and my body is always in demand from creating content to just simply traveling so much so I was able to come here and really, really relax. I did the cryotherapy Session and it was my first time it was beyond what I needed it definitely refreshing obviously cold but it was something that reset in my body and allow me to go into my week just feeling better by myself so I definitely will be back. Thank you to the staff that. Site they were very accommodating and they just made me feel at home and very informative as well. I look forward to Exploring more of what they have to offer

Restart in Lewisville is an absolute find. It’s right next to Studio Movie Grill with plenty of private parking and a calm, cool lobby thanks to their tinted windows. They offer waters after your treatment and even kombucha if you want something extra. I met Wes, who booked me right away and took me to the Red Light Contour Pod. The room was private, stocked with spa-quality robes and more towels and wipes than I expected. The treatment itself was incredible. The pod gently vibrates to relieve pressure and help break down fat cells, and the red light plus heat work together to ease muscle tension. I didn’t even realize how much I was sweating until I got out. After working from home with hardly any movement, this was exactly what my body needed. My favorite part, though, was how good I felt afterward. A muscle pull from playing guitar had been bothering me all week, and this treatment released it completely. I walked out feeling lighter, relaxed, and honestly like I squeezed in a workout without the effort. They have packages for every budget, the staff is warm and knowledgeable, and they’re great with accessibility accommodations. If you’re in Lewisville or Castle Hills, definitely go experience this place. I’m already counting down until my next visit.

If you are looking to rejuvenate your body this place great! Fair prices, variety of equipment as cryo, cold plunges, infrared sauna and much more. There are different levels of coldness in cryo therapy so your body can acclimate as you need it. My son went into “icy cold bath” yesterday and actually was able to stay in the entire 5 minutes in it. The staff is super friendly. I tried bodystyler as well that promotes healthy lymph flow. I am giving this place 5 stars because I truly enjoy going there. Check out their membership plans or packages, they make it more affordable.
