Really enjoyed the beginners class with May this week! A lovely calming and welcoming environment in the studio. May modelled and explained each movement clearly whilst encouraging everyone. I finished the session feeling energised and challenged. Thank you May!
My favourite part of the week! The classes are so aesthetic and calming, i have been to so many lessons with different instructors and all the instructors i have met have the nicest energy. I always leave feeling snatched, stretched and SO refreshed.
I had my first class today and I will definitely be back. I was finding a new studio to join after coming back to Manchester as a student, and it ticked all the boxes. The location was convenient and easy to get to, the studio was clean and spacious. The staff were encouraging and so friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much for a great experience.
I've had 3 of my 4 classes and have enjoyed them all. Angelina is great. It's a workout though! Not as easy as it looks. They have different classes catering for different fitness levels including a stretch and relax class which I've tried. I've also tried the foundation class. Don't be fooled, you will be pouring with sweat. They have 3 locations. I go to the Cheetham Hill one. I am not sure if I can afford it in the long term but it's been great to try something different and challenging. I will keep an eye out on their special offers. Def something I recommend people try.
If you’re thinking about starting reformer Pilates and you’re not sure where to start then start here, Restart reformers is honestly one of the most welcoming places to be at any level. Min and Emily are both absolutely fantastic at what they do, they know their stuff and keep it fun whilst training hard. They are such lovely genuine people. The studio is gorgeous and very aesthetically pleasing with free parking. Every class is different so you never know what to expect which keeps it varied and fun with different use of weights and props! All of their classes are 60 minutes long which is great as most others are 45 minutes! I definitely won’t be going elsewhere as this studio offers everything and more!
