Unsanitary conditions. The staff who insert needles into veins do not change their gloves before handling your equipment. Surfaces are not disinfected anywhere. You are in a hyperbaric chamber that has never been cleaned. Disgusting.

This salon takes your credit card as collateral and charges it whenever they want, even if you don't receive any services. Furthermore, shortly after they obtained my card details, my card was targeted by hackers. The only way to resolve this is to change my card details and block all payments associated with this organization. They have only been in business for three years, and it's clear they are losing their reputation. Long-time residents of Los Gatos would not want to see such an organization in their city.

The nurses were super knowledgeable and I felt amazing after my IV!! I got an incredible facial too and the esthetician gave me some good recommendations. Such a positive experience and I’ll absolutely be returning soon
