The whole wellness thing only works if you make it a habit, right? First time at Restore MdR yesterday and I’m impressed and optimistic that they can help me build new habits around self care. Convenient and easy to book. Great location, nail salon next door and Trader Joe’s around the corner. Infrared sauna plus red light therapy was such a boost. Tried the compression therapy too. Will definitely be back to start a membership. Really nice staff and very laid back environment.

Did the red light therapy, compression and cryotherapy (two times) for my first day. And it was great!!! So fun and different and made me feel nice and healthy! Super intelligent and helpful staff, nice new facility, right on the marina. Also the core membership is a steal.

I can’t say enough great things about Restore Hyper Wellness in Marina Del Rey! The staff here is absolutely incredible—so warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you feel your best. Every visit feels welcoming and uplifting, and they always take the time to answer questions and make sure you’re comfortable. The services have been such a game-changer for my health and recovery. I especially love the cryotherapy, red light therapy, compression, and IV drips—each one leaves me feeling rejuvenated and better than before. Cryo gives me a boost of energy and reduces soreness, red light feels amazing for recovery, compression helps me bounce back after workouts, and IV therapy leaves me hydrated and refreshed. This place has become an essential part of my wellness routine. I’m so grateful to have found it, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to feel healthier, recover faster, and improve overall wellbeing!

Olivia was amazing. What a great nurse ! She guided me well through all the nutrients I needed, I did the compression boots, the Cryo booth and the red light therapy with a well designed affordable drip! She was excellent and very present. The staff was always great as always. Most importantly I walked out well, when I was on the edge. It genuinely “restored” me. Thanks MDR team!
