I am entering my 5th week at Reconstructed Chiropractic, and I can honestly say the progress has been life-changing. My first appointment was scheduled back in July 2025, but I kept putting it off because I doubted anything would truly help my L5–S1 issues. Over the years, a compressed nerve caused me to slowly lose muscle tone and strength in my right glute and leg. My balance was off, and I lived with constant sciatica pain. Simple things became difficult, and I could feel my body getting weaker. I am so thankful my husband kept encouraging me to give it a try. Just five weeks into treatment, I am absolutely amazed at the difference. My pain and mobility are already about 80% better, and I still have two more months of care ahead of me. I never expected to see this kind of improvement so quickly. If you’re hesitant or unsure, I completely understand — I was too. But taking that first step was one of the best decisions I’ve made. It has truly made a huge difference in my life.
