At Results Physical Therapy, they treated parents very poorly. They asked to see the paper referral from the doctor or them fax it. So, I contacted the doctor, and the doctor faxed Results Physical therapy. Results Physical therapy confirmed and gave them an appointment. The day of the appointment, after patients were waiting, they said that the referral was older than 30 days and that they needed a new referral. Why did they not say that the referral needed to be within 30 days sooner before giving the appointment and before the patients drove? My parents scheduled a doctor's appointment and requested a new referral for physical therapy. A new appointment was given. I also had emailed a copy of insurance to Results Physical Therapy, Michelle Night. The day of the appointment, while patients were in the waiting room, they then said that the insurance did not cover the physical therapy. My parents felt very sad; they knew their insurance covered 100% of physical therapy and needed time to call insurance and find out what the problem was. They called insurance and fixed the issue; the new insurance card took a little over a week to arrive, and by that time it was close to the 30 days required by Results Physical Therapy. I called Physical Therapy Results and asked whether or not my parents needed another referral from physiotherapy in case the new insurance card arrived after the time frame. Michelle from Physical Therapy results confirmed that yes, they needed a doctor's referral again. My parents scheduled another doctor's visit and requested one more time a new referral for physical therapy. Now with all requirements from Results Physical Therapy met, my elder parents scheduled another appointment; they waited the day and drove one more time. The person that received the insurance said, "I am glad this insurance covers it." Then she looked at the computer and said that there was a note in the computer stating that my parents could not be seen at this location, but that they could go to another location. It is unacceptable that a place that should be enhancing health treats seniors over 80 years old in need of physical therapy so poorly. It is a shame places like this treat persons with health problems in a vulnerable situation with such a poor manner.

The front desk lady with tattoos is awful. She was rude and very inconsiderate.
