Elle was amazing, she really knows what she is doing targeting all the right area where I needed the massage. Best massage I have ever had. Been coming to Retreat a few times now and can not fault. Great atmosphere and relaxing environment. Always feel so pampered leaving after my treatment. Highly recommended all services. Kirsty Wilson

Hi everyone! I must leave a review, my mum and I have been to Retreat massage and wellness a few times now and we are always blown away with how professional and perfect every service/ experience has been! I see Gio who I can’t recommend highly enough, not only does he make me feel safe and secure, but beyond relaxation and comfort, I can’t even describe how professional and how much care he puts in to every experience that I have. I train a lot and he is so attentive to every detail and today I left feeling so satisfied I can’t even explain to him how every part is my favourite! I highly recommend this business for your massages and all other services! The relaxation massage was lovely, the staff are professional and kind, and the retreat is delightfully decorated. I initially made the booking as I noticed their website listed a relaxation massage package priced at much lower than it should have been, and that price was honoured (and quickly amended, of course) with no negativity aimed at me when I arrived, which is incredibly professional, thank you.

I’ve been here 6 times now, and every visit has been nothing short of amazing. I’ve tried other massage places across the Gold Coast, but this one truly stands out. Naoko is an absolute pro—her technique, attention to detail, and professionalism make the whole experience exceptional. Every session leaves me feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend this place if you’re after a genuine, top-quality massage experience!

What an AMAZING HIDDEN OASIS… Organic products & essential oils galore. The VIBES are ZEN, the service second to none and the MASSAGE had me in the clouds. Did I mention the GORGEOUS GARDEN GLAM style waiting lounge complete with a Tea & Treat buffet x thank you ladies
