Elle was amazing, she really knows what she is doing targeting all the right area where I needed the massage. Best massage I have ever had. Been coming to Retreat a few times now and can not fault. I must leave a review, my mum and I have been to Retreat massage and wellness a few times now and we are always blown away with how professional and perfect every service/ experience has been! I see Gio who I can’t recommend highly enough, not only does he make me feel safe and secure, but beyond relaxation and comfort, I can’t even describe how professional and how much care he puts in to every experience that I have. I train a lot and he is so attentive to every detail and today I left feeling so satisfied I can’t even explain to him how every part is my favourite! I highly recommend this business for your massages and all other services! The relaxation massage was lovely, the staff are professional and kind, and the retreat is delightfully decorated. I initially made the booking as I noticed their website listed a relaxation massage package priced at much lower than it should have been, and that price was honoured (and quickly amended, of course) with no negativity aimed at me when I arrived, which is incredibly professional, thank you.
