My friend and I purchased a spa package, and to get the treatments in the same room. The treatment itself was great, but unfortunately the staff mixed up me and another guest (that guest was waiting 20 min in the lobby) and instead of taking her to get her treatment they rushed me into my treatment, and never ackowledged my friend (she had to tell them she had an appointment). My friend and I were supposed to be in the same room together, and instead the staff put me in a my own room and tried to put my friend and a stranger together, at this point the staff realized their mistake. No discount or future discount was offered. My friend was given aromatherapy for this mistake. I would have preferred to not be rushed into my appointment and to share the room with my friend as planned. I was never offered an apology. The other women told my friend she was waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes. This mistake effected three clients and again no apolgoies were offered. This did not feel very professional.
