Parts are fairly priced, shipping is fast. Staff called me within minutes of me placing my order to let me know about Canada Post's strike and offer to change my shipping method. Sad they won't be selling parts anymore, I just started getting into arcade builds and would have loved to give them more money!

Retroactive Arcades are Amazing. My new machine was damaged in shipping ,not Retros fault,but they very concerned and got right on making things right Casey the owner walked me through every detail and set me more than what I needed to make sure it was right. I really appreciate good service since it's not very common anymore. If looking for a wicked arcade system Retroactive Arcade are your people.

Extremely pleased with my 2 player Jamma series arcade it just pops with style the LED option it basically glows in the dark. The machine operates fast and smooth with a crazy amount of games 3000 - 5000 games. They shipped it out from Alberta to Niagara Falls ON was wrapped up well arrived fast. Will be very well used and enjoyed with the kids absolutely love it stellar job Thank You very much to the team at Retro Active Arcade!!!

Staff is very knowledgeable and very responsive with any and all the questions I had. Casey contacted my by phone several times to help me troubleshoot setting up the system and my system works great! This was my first home arcade system, and it was a success thanks to RetroActive's youtube videos and the staffs knowledge and help.
