Shout out to Shawn I came in looking for a hookah device gift for my best friend, and he was so helpful and showed us all the jewelry and statues until we decided what we wanted (we’re very indecisive people) and we actually walked away with so much cool stuff! Retro is the only place like it, and definitely worth a detour. Best smoke shop in Plano with great deals and plenty of options! Thank you Shawn!

Used to come here a lot. I guess it's gone downhill. Came inside and no one greeted me. I'm fine with that, but then I'm in there at least 10 minutes and NO ONE acknowledges me. When someone finally does, they continue to breeze by me to talk to someone else who came in after me. This is after coming in to replace a poor quality down stem that they sold me last week. I guess we just buy everything from the internet now...

I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years. The consistent service and overall experience has always been enjoyable. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and actually takes the time to sit and explain and not rush you to purchase something. Shane is amazing, super helpful and just an overall kind person. Thank you to Erik as well for his input and expertise. You guys have always been awesome!

Been coming here for hella years and the staff is always super friendly and super nice make me feel welcome all the time the deals and prices are worth it! Best smoke shop in Plano flowers here are amazing check them out you won't regret it!! Much love to the retro staff !
