Replying to an e-mail “as soon as possible” does not state a 7-day only policy e-mail. Communication is key and owning your word, is an essential value that clearly, you don’t have. The dress would have made it earlier to your store if you had stated that properly. Sadly, I did nothing other than support your small business, as my first purchase with you was done on April, 26th 2021. Not ever again!
