Received as a gift and not disappointed one bit. The experience from the time I entered, was top-notch. My therapist greeted me and asked a few questions about trouble areas and she did an amazing job working the knots out. That was followed up by a sauna session - private room to enter and exit the sauna as was comfortable. Could change the light to suit my needs. Will definitely go back!

This place was okay when it was the Wax Strip but now it's terrible. They think because they put "and skincare" in the name they can justify the near doubling in price and lack of packages now. By the way, the interior is still the tacky tanning bed-stall style set up. You can't charge spa rates for low level waxing services in a very un-spa like atmosphere. The other thing that was better at the wax strip was the walk-ins. I went there for years and spent $1000s on packages and never made an appointment. Yes, you would wait sometimes, but it was because it was obviously busy and there were others waiting. I've come in three times now attempting to "walk-in" for a quick eyebrow wax and walked out immediately. They will quote you a wait time hours from that time when the waiting area is literally empty and there are two people at the check-in counter clearly not doing anything. Waiting hours -- that's making an appointment. If that's what I wanted to, I would have made an appointment. Don't advertise "walk-ins" when you clearly have no intention of honoring that. With this level for price gouging and lack of availability Reveal is putting the final nail in the coffin.

this is my second time going to reveal waxing and skin care and I'll be going hopefully this weekend for a third time. all of the girls are very friendly and very knowledgeable about her job and continue to be that right each end of your time. it's hard to not make noise or to joking. play around when you're in such a rully ruley position. the facility is always clean and ready to go. thanks reveal!!! see you soon!!!

I really miss The Wax Strip. Their prices were so reasonable. I don’t understand the “ package deals” at Reveal. You buy a package (which is a better deal with a membership) but then you end up paying a fee for services anyway! The membership charges are expensive as well as the cost of services. I liked The Wax Strip that was located in the same place much better because of their pricing. The staff is still wonderful but I cannot afford their fees.

Had another great massage today, this time with Lala. I think this might be my best one yet! She was very attentive to my area of concern. Her pressure was perfect. I will definitely be seeing her again. Love my Re Soa massages!
