Awesome classes! Instructors are fun and well educated on techniques for lifting. Always good music and vibes. The showers and other amenities make it a great experience. The smoothie bar also is great and helps me get my protein in after class.

Great workout forgetting in some intense cardio training and also resistance training in a quick 50 minutes! Everyone who works there is welcoming and helpful. I mostly do 6:00 am Tuesday, and Ryan is awesome - cues are easy to understand, and he has a great sense of humor and keeps it fun while he’s motivating you to give it your all. The place and the equipment are super clean. Highly recommend.
