I had been working with Juliana Cardoso for a few days to try and secure chairs for an event. The response time was very slow. For each email I sent, the reply did not come until the next day. She sent me my invoice and contract for my order on Thursday evening and by Friday canceled my order the day before the event. Never answered the phone or returned calls and said the items were just no longer available. I understand that time is of the essence in their business but it was also running out for myself as well. Very disappointing that a slow response time on the company became my problem in the end. Would not recommend.
