I absolutely loved working with Sarah! I can't imagine a better realtor for a first-time homebuyer. She was incredibly organized and explained every part of the homebuying process so clearly (and had excellent materials to refer to!). I worked with Sarah Brazell as a first time home buyer and could not recommend her enough!! She took her time explaining the whole process from start to finish and answered my millions of questions along the journey of finding a home. I also really appreciated her honest advice and thoughts on the properties we toured together--she would see things and point things out that I had no clue could be potential plusses or minuses in the future. I don't have a car and she kindly would drive me to and from some of the showings we did which was very much appreciated. She connected me with an amazing lender who I also enjoyed working with, and also gave me really good recommendations on plumbers, chimney specialists, and locksmiths. Sarah is so kind and personable, and was VERY communicative during the whole process. She was always available to do showings and was so very on top of everything during the closing process.
