I am so grateful to have worked with Emily at City Chic to find my new home. The rental market in DC can be brutal especially, and I felt so supported by Emily and the entire time. She made the process so easy by sharing homes that met my standards and within just a month of working together, I was able to find my absolute dream apartment and sign a lease. Emily helped not only source listings, but negotiate with the owner's realtor on terms, reviewed my lease with me, and all-around made me feel like I wasn't floating alone in a sea of unknowns. Couldn't recommend the City Chic team more if I tried!

I absolutely loved working with Sarah! I can't imagine a better realtor for a first-time homebuyer. She was incredibly organized and explained every part of the homebuying process so clearly (and had excellent materials to refer to!). I felt so supported the whole way through and she gave just the right amount of information when I needed it! I am still going back to her emails weeks later to access all the good info she put in them! She's a great realtor and as a bonus is just a fun person to work with as well!

My son and I worked with Imani Banks on a rental in DuPont. Circle. Just met her and didn’t know what to expect. She went above and beyond Always. Follow up, attention to detail and available at all times. GREAT experience!

Sarah was an incredible realtor to work with! As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were naturally nervous about the process, but Sarah made it an absolute breeze. We closed on our home this past December, just in time for the holidays, and we couldn’t be happier. Sarah guided us through every step of the process, answering all of our questions with patience and clarity. She was incredibly responsive, always getting back to us in a timely manner, and made sure to prioritize showing us all the properties we wanted to see. Her dedication and expertise truly set her apart. We wholeheartedly recommend Sarah to everyone we know. She’s hands down the number one realtor in DC and the reason our first home-buying experience was so positive. Thank you, Sarah!

I worked with Sarah Brazell as a first time home buyer and could not recommend her enough!! She took her time explaining the whole process from start to finish and answered my millions of questions along the journey of finding a home. I also really appreciated her honest advice and thoughts on the properties we toured together--she would see things and point things out that I had no clue could be potential plusses or minuses in the future. I don't have a car and she kindly would drive me to and from some of the showings we did which was very much appreciated. She connected me with an amazing lender who I also enjoyed working with, and also gave me really good recommendations on plumbers, chimney specialists, and locksmiths. Sarah is so kind and personable, and was VERY communicative during the whole process. She was always available to do showings and was so very on top of everything during the closing process. If you are looking for a realtor, Sarah is the best!!!!
