She made the process so easy by sharing homes that met my standards and within just a month of working together, I was able to find my absolute dream apartment and sign a lease. Emily helped not only source listings, but negotiate with the owner's realtor on terms, reviewed my lease with me, and all-around made me feel like I wasn't floating alone in a sea of unknowns. I worked with Sarah Brazell as a first time home buyer and could not recommend her enough!! She took her time explaining the whole process from start to finish and answered my millions of questions along the journey of finding a home. I also really appreciated her honest advice and thoughts on the properties we toured together--she would see things and point things out that I had no clue could be potential plusses or minuses in the future. I don't have a car and she kindly would drive me to and from some of the showings we did which was very much appreciated. She connected me with an amazing lender who I also enjoyed working with, and also gave me really good recommendations on plumbers, chimney specialists, and locksmiths.
