I had not been able to run for several years. I had been to several PT's over the years. They gave me the same exercises every time and I never got better. Sierra was different though. She took a long time asking questions about my running history and my goals for the future. She spent time with me one-on-one and analyzed my running form. Based on that she put together a plan that is working. I am running again for the first time in years. I wish I had found Sierra years ago. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is struggling with running injuries.
I worked with Sierra Wells for over a year. She not only went above and beyond to help me in my personal difficult journey, but she specifically catered every workout, every exercise and every stretch to my complicated physical limitations. She did some workouts with me and was nothing but encouraging, uplifting, and honestly inspiring. She is by far the nicest And most genuine healthcare providers I’ve ever worked with. She also is very knowledgeable about so many different types of workouts, and on days where I was in more pain, she still managed to help me feel empowered, even though I was disappointed in myself. I can promise you that she will take great care of you if you get to work with her! I would not be anywhere close to being at where I’m at today without her. I looked into Revival because I was feeling stalled in PT at other clinics regarding my back and shoulders. Dr. Trina evaluated me and explained the mechanics behind my pain and limited mobility in a way that made sense to me. The exercises she introduced were easy to follow and she provided a lot so that I could mix and match and add variety to my routine instead of just the same ones over and over again. Within a month or two my shoulders started feeling better during my lifts; I felt relieved to have found a clinic I was actually making progress with. As is common with PT, we played whack-a-mole with pain and mobility, but I was making steady, overall improvements consistently. The other thing I really like about Revival is it is very easy to get in touch with my provider and ask questions. I don't always need to schedule a session to get a question addressed or even introduce exercises to target a specific issue. I do pay more per visit than with a clinic that works with insurance, but I get so much more out of every visit and even between visits. It's definitely worth every penny!
I can’t recommend this place enough! Dr. Peter helped me prepare for Grandma's & Twin Cities Marathon and supported me every step of the way. He tailored my treatment towards my goals and pushed me just the right amount while incorporating injury prevention. With his help, I was able to reach my goals and finish both races feeling strong! I enjoyed using the PtEverywhere app to ask questions about exercises/regimens and watch videos of my prescribed exercises. If you’re looking for a clinic that truly cares and delivers real results, this is the place!
