Quick and mostly painless. Just got the lip flip done today, so I will update when it kicks in, but so far so good and she is SUPER sweet and makes you feel very comfortable. Update: The lip flips really do keep the upper lip from tucking under while smiling, but be forewarned that if you work in a position where you are on the phone constantly or do a lot or talking, smiling, etc., they do not last very long. They take around 2 weeks to hit their full potential and then are worn off around 3 weeks later. If you are like me and talk a lot, it may be more cost effective to do a half syringe of filler instead.
