Will and R.F. Moeller were fantastic. I ordered a beautiful customized watch for my wife. It arrives sooner than we expected but a day before a huge and long vacation. As we packed Will made sure we had the Rolex for the trip, fitting it and delivering it in time to make our flight. Very unexpected, but just what we needed to start our trip. Great experience! Will recently performed an exorcism on my grandma’s wedding ring (this is a joke). He is the best guy in town to talk to about your jewelry. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll come back in just to say hey. Ring came back shiny and back in one piece. In this house, we love Will!

Mike was extremely knowledgeable and kind while helping me remove links and a fickle bezel from a vintage Gucci watch. The watch now fits my wrist and has a working change bezel system.
