This dermatology clinic is located in an easy to find area. Dr. and staff were empathetic and informative because I personally do not have much pain tolerance. They were attentive and understanding so that I could get my procedure done and informed me of how to take care of myself to get the least pain experience. They also explained to me of an estimated healing timeframe and when to follow up if necessary. The best part was that I did not have to wait 2-3 hours for a 5 minute visit. My time here was so well worth while and not wasted at all. I will update again once I have healed from my procedure.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Finklea since 2018, and she is the only doctor I truly trust with my skin. She is incredibly kind and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly without ever making you feel rushed. Her warm personality and genuine care make every visit a great experience. I felt as if I did not belong there. She made me feel like I wasn't important, like my skin wasn't important. All I got was "you're skin is great", "here's some pills". I was probably there for 10 minutes. Fastest appointment I've ever had. Bedside manner is everything to me but I don't think she cared. Then they email me to do a review with my name spelled wrong. I'll go elsewhere. Doctors ain't like they use to be
