I held off on writing this review as our experience as we had some issues at the start. Billy Thompson was our sales guy and he was a true professional. He explained everything to us from how the product was developed to the process of the work that would be completed to the warranty. Once I agreed to have the work completed the process for getting scheduled was seamless. Unfortunately we had some problems with the Sarasota crew that was sent out, but Trevor in Operations made it right. He promptly handled the issues and sent a new crew out to get everything right. Joe & Joey (father & son) came out and made sure everything was up to the Rhino Shield way of doing things. They did a fantastic job on our home and we couldn't be happier with the final product. The house looks fantastic and we would recommend Rhino Shield (specifically Joe & Joey) to anyone that wants to upgrade the look of their home.
We were planning to paint our house but didn’t know who to trust. Everyone we talked to before was so expensive and never took the time to explain things properly. Then we saw Rhino Shield on TV, and my husband decided to give them a call - and I’m so glad we did! Brian came to our home and was such a professional - polite, knowledgeable, and patient. Later, Lucas came by to inspect everything after Hugo finished the painting, and the results were simply beautiful. The whole team was fantastic from start to finish. If you’re thinking of painting your house and you don’t go with Rhino Shield, you’re missing out. Their work is top-quality, their staff treats you like family, and the best part - the paint comes with a 25-year warranty! Our home looks amazing, and we couldn’t be happier. I purposely waited to leave this review. In the beginning everything is hunky dori, once the job is complete that’s when you see the real product. Rhino Shield is the real product. I have been getting Non-Stop compliments on my home painting project. They did an amazing job and after it all done, my house looks brand spanking new. You will not regret having Rhino Shield. Everyone was completely professional and did everything to make sure I was completely satisfied. I am COMPLETELY satisfied. Thank You. Rhino Shield.
Irving and his crew did an amazing job prepping and applying RhinoShield to our home in Davenport. They were very neat and meticulous with project execution and clean up. The RhinoShield product is far superior to ordinary paint, and one can see and feel the difference. Our exterior is now maintenance free with a 25 year warranty! Although RhinoShield is more expensive, you will not need to paint for 25 years! We also enjoyed working with Cory and Chris. Make your appointment now to improve your home!
