I highly recommend Rhythm & Grooves Music Academy! My son takes drum lessons here and has had a wonderful experience! My family has been blown away by how much he has learned in a short time. His instructor is the director, Richard, who has developed a great rapport with my son. One of the other instructors, Paul, has also worked with my son and was great with him; as well. The atmosphere is highly encouraging for the students. The use of the musical ladder system is is great because it allows students to be rewarded and know they are accomplishing something. If your child loves music, you should bring them here!

I took drum lessons for 3 months earlier this year, primarily with Keegan and a couple of lessons with Jacob. As an adult who picked up the sticks later in life, it was a welcoming and encouraging Academy. These lessons were vital for me as I was self-taught for a few months before starting these live lessons. Keegan and Jacob helped clean my hand and foot techniques, posture, and discussed pivotal tips to improve my efficiency and prevent injuries. I always looked forward to these lessons, which were fun, yet challenging enough to work towards specific goals. If anyone is interested in drumset, I would highly recommend R&G and get at least a few lessons. Online instructional material is a good starting point, but it's invaluable to have an experienced drummer analyze your technique/playing in person. I'm still in love with the instrument and a much better drummer than I was before I started at R&G. -Canh
