I had an old computer that needed to be wiped and replace the hard drive. I had hoped that I could get this old computer to handle some of the peripherals that I didn’t want to use my main laptop for. The person I talked to was quite helpful and made some suggestions, advising that company policy was allowing approximately 72 hours to complete my request. In actuality, they contacted me about two hours later and advised that my computer was ready for pick up.. When I got home, it worked like a new computer and I’m quite happy with the service and the people that were working there.

Went to see about getting system cleaned and updated. Figured was bought about 2004. Nate showed us reconditioned, ask about new, only a few dollars more. We talked and went with MIDDLE SYSTEM. NATE was VERY HELPFUL and PATIENT. I am up in age and need things explained, did wonderful job. Bought on spot. Thanks to NATE.

Bought a used windows 11, outstanding gentleman work at the west wichita office. My last windows 10 tower used, never had a problem with it. Thank you west street location and the two gentlemen working today that provided good customer service. I prefer Ribbit over Geek Squad anyday.

I have visited the store twice recently with issues with 2 different laptops. Nate was the person who helped me both times. He was friendly and even helped getting me a stool to sit on while he was helping me because I am handicapped and cannot stand long. He is very knowledgeable and was very helpful. I appreciate the extra mile he went in helping me. He is the reason I came back for the second visit on the second laptop. I will use Ribbit again in the future when needed. Thanks Nate!

Very knowledgeable team. Was able to help me educate and understand what I was getting before I bought it. Professional. Reasonably priced. I honestly would not have purchased my gaming PC had the gentleman hadn't explained the details of the system.
