I took my computer to Ribbit after it had sat at another shop for 3 weeks with no fix! Staff listened to problem as well as my frustration with another shop. Within 3 hours my computer was fixed! I can't thank them enough for listening to me, doing a complete diagnostic and fixed the problem. Will never go anywhere else !

Had a power surge that fried our computer. Took it in to Ribbit and was out in less than 30 minutes with our hard drive in another shell and ready to continue business. Was super impressed and pleased with their attentiveness and fast turn around. Highly recommend!

Went to the N Rock Rd store with my HP laptop with a damaged screen. The technician was honest about the repair and cost. After some discussion as I'm not that computer literate, I decided to purchase a new laptop from HP. When the new computer arrived they transferred all documents, data and information. They told me it might take about four days, in two days I received a call that the new computer was in and all data had been transferred. They were honest and reasonably priced.
