I contacted Richard Harris's Firm to represent me in a Fall's Case. They asked for a few items, I provided them and the next thing I know, they send me an email stating that they would represent me in this case. Thayna Baez called me stating I needed to to some paperwork for them, which I was more than Happy to do. Thayna, walked me through all the paperwork so everything was completed correctly. Israel and Clara were so kind and amazing. I came in to sign some documents and I was greeted with a big smile and kind tone from Clara. She assisted me quickly and kept me updated while I waited. She offered me water and made sure I was comfortable. Israel is a man of great detail! He made sure I was 100% knowledgeable on what I was signing and what it meant.
