We had our pool built by Richards Total Backyard Solutions and the whole process took about 10 weeks from start to finish. Johnathan helped make sure we got everything we wanted in the budget we were comfortable spending. The pool turned out absolutely beautiful and everything worked out just as we hoped. There were a few hiccups along the way, but their team and Bray were able to address them and made sure everything was taken care of. Bray has helped a ton even after the pool is finished with anything that's needed to be looked at after the first month. Overall, we’re very happy with the final result and would recommend them to others looking to build a pool.

Richard’s definitely exceeded our expectations on making our pool dreams come true- it’s so gorgeous. We’re absolutely in love our pool and it’s brought so much life into our backyard… making the best memories! The build process went very smooth other than a couple weather related delays but overall, a contractor was out pretty much every week to work on the next phase. I can’t thank Bray (construction manager) enough for stepping in and giving us some small but major recommendations so we could enjoy our pool to the fullest (equipment positioning, autofill and the best most fastest heater). I strongly recommend Richard’s for a minimally stress free pool build experience and you’ll be so well taken care of if you’re in Bray’s care. Thanks so much for walking us through everything, for the superb communication and making this process as smooth as possible! We are already recommending Richard’s to many friends and neighbors.
