Beth has been a wonderful boarder when it has come to my dog. She has been more than patient and has gone above and beyond in grooming and caring for my sheepdog when I have been out of town. Her and her staff have been excellent, caring and thoughtful with my dog’s anxiety and temperament. I appreciate them greatly and am grateful for their kindness.

In Fort Wayne, Indiana, I've found the best pet grooming service: Richlene Kennels!🙏🏻❤️ The care they provide to pets and the warmth they extend to their customers is exceptional. Our groomer, Casey, is uniquely dedicated, making each customer feel valued. She not only grooms our dog Max to perfection but also engages us in genuine conversation. Despite Max's hearty appetite post-grooming,(the main reason I have to rush home is to feed this little monster) the quality service he receives is worth it. I highly recommend Richlene Kennels for reliable pet grooming and boarding services, and I'm grateful for Casey and her family's commitment to excellence!

We have used other grooming facilities in the past with mixed results. They do a great job here, prices are competitive, and they have a nice facility. You can tell they really like and know animals, and they ask a lot of questions about exactly how you want your pet groomed. We have also used their boarding facility once while on vacation and everything went great.

I have been taking my boy Willy there to get groomed for about a year now. He loves going and he always looks great when they are done. When he goes and he always has to greet everyone and they take great care of him. I would highly recommend
