Been seeing rick on and off for 5 years . Though recently once every 3 weeks to get on top a of hip injury that requires surgery. I have been working with Rick exclusively online for over 5 years now for my nutrition and training programs. I have not always strength trained and have realised later in life how important it is for me to focus on this. I initially started working with Rick when I had a shoulder injury and we did rehab work around that so I could get back to golf. I am not overly tech savvy but I find Rick’s app is very easy to follow and use.
