I’ve been seeing Ricky for just under a year, and the transformation in my health has been incredible. When I first came to her, I was struggling with issues related to sleep, stress, and hormones, and felt stuck despite trying so many other approaches. From the very first appointment, Ricky took the time to really listen and get to the root causes—not just treat symptoms. Since I started the process with the wonderful Ricky, I feel great. As someone who has always suffered from heartburn, bloating, and unpleasant gas, I can finally eat without fear. She accompanies you closely throughout the process, goes over the results with you, builds a plan for you, and is available for any questions. There is no doubt that my life has changed since I started the process. I understood what type of food I am sensitive to and what my body cannot digest. I feel much better, and for me, as someone who has suffered all my life, it has really changed my way of life. Of course, every now and then I feel bloating or heartburn again, but I can tell you exactly what I ate before I felt it. Ricky is caring and knowledgable. She relies on comprehensive tests but she also listens carefully. She is aware that people react differently to the same supplements and will adjust her treatment based on your input. She is very patient and very caring and is not too vain to consult with other experts when needed, which is highly appreciated. My digestive system has improved after working with her. The best proof is that i no longer feel the need to pack Anti Acid tablets when I'm traveling :-)
