My boyfriend and I stopped in today to get some watch batteries changed. The staff were super friendly, particularly Gregory, and chatted with us and showed us some fun pieces while waiting for the watches! The service was very fast. They have some beautiful pieces at great prices so we will definitely come back when looking for a gift in the future! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a watch or fine jewelry. Sarah was super knowledgeable about all of the jewelry in the store. She even took time to look when she wasn’t working at something my girlfriend might like as a gift. She went above and beyond my expectations by a long shot. She communicates very well and her smile was very welcoming. I give her a 10/10 overall a great experience and I will ABSOLUTELY shop at Riddles again thanks to Sarah!!
