This place is absolutely amazing. It’s so amazing that we only visited Canada for a week and we insisted on coming out here for a second time. The scenery is the best Iv seen at any winery, the staff are so polite and the wine is to die for. The flight from England was worth it just for this beautiful little place.
Found my new favourite wine, Baco Noir on my last visit. Staff are very friendly. I returned today to pick up a bottle and was curious if any discount was available when multiple bottles are purchased. Unfortunately, I was told there isn’t, perhaps in December there could be. Nevertheless, I loaded up on a couple bottles and will return again for more. It’s that good!🍷🍷
Amazing picnic day at the ridge road estate winery. Friendly and great service, beautiful estate. The picnic basket had fresh produce and the strawberry ice cream was yummy!
We visited Ridgeway Winery in Stoney Creek with a group of 12 to celebrate a birthday, and it was fantastic from start to finish. The service was impressively quick, especially for such a large table. The servers were amazing — so kind, attentive, and very suggestive with food and drink recommendations. The charcuterie boards were amazing, and the flatbread pizza was just as delicious. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and it wasn’t too busy, which made it even more enjoyable. We even got to play a few rounds of cornhole, which was such a fun touch. A perfect spot for a celebration — we’ll definitely be back!
We have visited many of the wineries in the region, including many close to Niagara on the Lake. This is BY FAR my favourite winery! They have a laid back vibe with lovely wines. We ended purchasing a case of the sparkling blush, as well as some white and a red. The staff is very friendly and the snacks are delicious. We tried the Italian meat sandwich as well as a flat bread. The Sparkling wine float was lovely. The cider is excellent! Purchased some of those as well. It's worth the drive!
