We HIGHLY recommend Riggins Painting to anyone!! They do excellent work!!! The people are so nice, they take time with you and they listen to you, therefore you really get what you want😃 Wilbur was so helpful! We ran into a snag, where something wasn’t done correctly and Riggins worked with us and completely corrected the problem with no additional charges!! We were impressed!! They went above and beyond! Riggins Painting is an upstanding company and we will be calling on them again. A big THANK YOU to to Brian♥️

I recently used Riggins Painting to paint my garage door and replace some rotted wood on my soffit and repaint it. They did a n excellent job. Their price was reasonable, they were on time, and everyone that I interacted with from Riggins was very polite, friendly and helpful. I would absolutely use them again and I can recommend them without hesitiation

We hired Riggins Painting for a refresh of one of our office spaces , and they exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. The prep work was thorough, the painting was flawless, and the cleanup was spotless — it’s clear they take real pride in their craft. The office looks brand new again, and the transformation has made a huge difference in the overall feel of the space. We have used Riggins Painting at our church at least 3 times in the past to do mostly outside upkeep of our church. Our church was built in 1951 the outside facade is Crab Orchard stone with wood trim around the stained glass windows. The current job included cleaning and sealing the stone and scraping and painting the stained glass window trim and all outside metal doors and trim including the 2nd level fire escape. The back off the gym and youth building also received a coat of paint to freshen up the exterior. As usual they were on time, on budget and completed the job with in the timeline that was set. Like I said to begin we have used them in the past and will continue to call on them for our painting and sealing needs.

We selected Riggins Painting based on their strong online reviews and the claims on their website that they employ expert residential painters who respect clients' homes and deliver quality finishes. Unfortunately, our experience did not align with these promises. Our project involved painting the ceilings, trim, door frames, and doors throughout most of our home. From the beginning, the quality of service fell short. During the estimate, we were informed that the crew would properly prep the surfaces and ensure thorough cleanup after completing their work. However, the first day of work involved painting our popcorn ceilings, and when we returned home, we found debris from the ceilings scattered throughout the house on counters, couches, desks, computers, etc. The crew had failed to clean up the mess, which was frustrating as we were left to address the aftermath, despite being assured they would handle it. We promptly reached out to the company via email to express our concerns. We were assured that Kevin, the crew supervisor, would assess the situation and address our concerns with the crew. On the second day, the crew proceeded to paint the trim, door frames, and doors. Upon inspection, we discovered numerous areas where the paint coverage was incomplete, areas that were missed entirely, and instances of paint drips that had dried on surfaces. We again contacted the company with pictures of these issues. In response, we were told that our concerns would be forwarded to the general manager, and that the issues would be resolved. The following day, we walked Kevin through our home, pointing out the areas that needed attention. We requested that the crew conduct a thorough inspection of all painted surfaces and address any missed spots. Kevin assured us that everything would be rectified the next day. However, Kevin did not document the areas of concern, nor did he take any photos to ensure the issues would be addressed. When the crew returned, many of the issues remained unresolved. After these repeated setbacks, we requested a different crew to come to our home. Brian visited our home and we showed him all the areas that had been missed or poorly painted. Brain apologized for the our experience thus far and listened to our concerns and frustrations. He was very nice and worked around our schedule, which we did appreciate. He took photographs of the issues and promised that a new crew would correct the deficiencies. However, even after the new crew completed their work, a final walkthrough revealed that many areas still had not been addressed. At this point, we decided to terminate our engagement with Riggins Painting due to the ongoing quality issues and lack of resolution. While we were offered a small discount, the final cost of the project did not reflect the level of service or quality we expected. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Riggins Painting, as they did not meet the standards they advertise, nor did they deliver the quality finish we were promised.
