The 2 stars is for the awesome bartender and the gentlemen in the food area are amazing tonight because the rest of this place gets no stars. The customer service is TERRIBLE. Brought my 7yo on a girls date and was told they needed a $20 deposit for a ball that is light enough for my daughter which was fine but then they wanted cash only, was very dismissive, told me to go find one of the Ramps and carry my daughters ball then the agent turned her back to start helping someone else. I should have went to bowlero like I started to. They made me drag the heavy ramp from one end of the bowling alley to the other, the gentleman at the counter was busy on his phone

1 Star — If I Could Give Zero, I Would My experience at Rinaldi’s Bowling Alley was by far one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve ever had. The manager (or the woman who appeared to be running the place) set the tone immediately — nasty, rude, and absolutely unprofessional. And unfortunately, the staff followed her lead. We were given a defective lane that kept malfunctioning, and instead of helping or even pretending to care, she became irritated that we complained. At one point, she looked me dead in my face and said, “So what do you want to do? Because you’re not getting your money back.” No apology, no solution, nothing. Just attitude. It’s honestly no surprise they always have security present- they need it. Because with how disrespectful and condescending she speaks to people, someone could easily lose their patience with her. The hostility is unnecessary, unprovoked, and just bad for business. If you’re thinking about going…don’t. Spend your money somewhere that values customers, knows how to treat people, and doesn’t make you feel like you’re the problem for expecting basic service. Terrible management. Terrible customer service. Overall horrible establishment.
