Eric is an extremely kind man, super friendly, very good business runner. Super helpful, bought my Nintendo Switch from me so that I could buy a new one, instead of having to pay double what a new one costs for the repair. 100% recommend this business to any and everyone who needs any technology work done. I had a wonderful experience with this business. I worked directly with Eric and Christina and they were both wonderful! Eric was so knowledgeable and personable. Not only does he know his stuff about computers, he’s a very kind person. I worked with Christina remotely. She too, is so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I feel the pricing was very fair and I got my computer back in a timely manner.

This place is amazing. Cristina was extremely helpful when I called. The store is currently under construction, but still open. I was looking for a small screw for my doorbell chime, and I needed a radio shack. Since radio shack is a thing of the past, Rising Sons computers and electronics came to the rescue! Extremely helpful and very kind. They were able to help me get what i needed.

Man I cant say enough about this company!!! I came in on a whim, after a really bad experience trying to upgrade my system. From day one, they have been nice and transparent with me about what I need, should do, and all the possibilities of upgrading. This was a great time and a wonderful experience. I already plan on using them when designing my daughters desktop, and for many more upgrades to come. I also look forward to them opening there new building and come to support and check it out!

With an English essay deadline looming, my son needed his damaged laptop screen to be repaired promptly. Rising Sons was personable and upfront about our repair cost options. They helped find us the most affordable replacement screen without sacrificing quality. They even worked late on the day the screen was delivered to get the job finished as quickly as possible. They truly went above and beyond to help us!
