My cat was diagnosed with diabetes and thus, had stopped grooming himself. He is an elderly long hair domestic with tons of fur. The veterinarian recommended a cat groomer and so I found myself at Rita’s. They were able to set me up quickly and shaved him down to an adorable lion cut that made insulin injections far easier and his personal grooming much more manageable. Thank you, Rita’s!

Rita’s is a 10/10! Bronx has been twice now, and every time he comes back super excited, smelling amazing, and looking like he’s ready for the cover of Vogue Magazine! 😂 Huge shoutout to the staff for being so patient with my super reactive doodle, Bronxie. I never know what cut I want, but the same groomer always nails it even without a vision. Highly recommend!

Rita is amazing! My experience is just great easy to call and book appointment, after the first groom she knew my dog and kept the groom as I liked always, I visit there at least one a month and always happy with the service and the result but most important from all my baby coming home happy and clean without any anxiety going to groomer which she had with other places , thank you for great service Rita! Also Chloe tells thank you. 🛁 🐾🐩 Highly recommended to any one who needs a great groomer from his baby that’s the place from all aspects of.

My first time taking my sweet puppy here! i love the way they trimmed her fur and she's so clean! she took the time to ask what i wanted and told me what they could do. I showed them a picture of what i wanted and they did an amazing job at matching the picture! no knicks or red spots, and cleaned her so well!! im definitely coming back!

I used to take my Wire Fox Terrier to a groomer in Deep Ellum who had show dogs and specializes in this breed, but that’s too far from Plano. We’re supposed to have her hand stripped but she’s not a show dog and we didn’t want the extra expense and it’s really hard to find any one in town to do that. I saw my neighbor’s schnauzer and she’s always nicely groomed and she recommended Rita. I finally gave her a shot and my ginger looks like a princess. I was a little nervous as I feel not many groomers are familiar with this breed, but she used a picture from the internet as reference and she did an incredible job. She also got a cute little bow. I was really happy with the results.
