Both Rite Way technicians, Jerry and Leamsi, were at my house on time and are amazingly courteous, skillful, organized, meticulous and their workmanship is very neat and clean! They went above and beyond and didn't leave until everything was perfect! I highly recommend them, great quality work and extremely professional! Both Rite Way technicians, Marcos and Omar, who did the duct cleaning yesterday were very professional, courteous, quick clean and organized. They even cleaned all the vent covers, and they look new now! They also went above and beyond when I asked if they could to the dryer duct cleaning and they got and the roof to do it the same day! Very satisfied with their work and highly recommend!

We just had contract with Rite Way for replacing tank to tankless water heater plus salt free filtration system. Of course it will cost over 10K. What we want is to have a reliable company to do the job right and never disappear during the warranty period (15-20 years or so ) . We would tell our first impression of Rite way , office quickly respond , Technician Roman Castro is skillful and patient. We discussed the price, agree or disagree happened normally. We expect to have the project down this Wednesday and update our review.

Rite Way Heating & Cooling completed a 4 Zone Mini Split Installation for us on Dec 29th in one day!! We are super impressed with the professional organized quality of the entire process. From the estimate with Daniela to the installation day crew with Devin and his team it all went smoothly with no issues. Our new system is working beautifully and the clean up and removal of all old equipment was also included. We would highly recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs. I want to commend all the employees at Rite Way -Septic Division!! When I had to have my tank pumped again in just 3 years, we all determined that I had a leach field problem. The best we could tell was that the system was using the old field from the mid 70's!!! The tank was fine, installed new in 2014 when we bought the property. The crew started on the 15th and was done in 3 days!! The guys were very accommodating, answering all my questions in ways that I fully understood what was happening all along the way. When they left the yard was put back better than when they started!! Eloy, Emilio, Eduardo, Tate, Johnathan, Jiame, and Frank were all professional and exhibited true commitment to customer satisfaction. I recommend Rite Way - Septic HIGHLY.

New note: 2x in one week our new gas pack hvac system went out...no heat. But both times Alex came out to get it going. Second time it wasn't the same issue as the first. But Alex is prossional, considerate and got it going! 👍 Ayden and Ricardo did a great job getting our new AC gaspack installed. These guys were diligent in getting the air working asap due to it being 105° today here in Tucson. They made sure to clean everything up and put mesh around the bottom to keep pack rats out. They also put the wires that go from the unit under the house and up to the thermostat in special sheilding to keep rodents from chewing the wires. Couldn't ask for better service! Followup: I had to call for a minor thing and Ricardo came out the same day and took care of it. Great job!
