I walked in to grab a gift card or some gift for one of my coworkers who loves this store. The staff was extremely cold - they did not greet more nor did they answer me when I asked “how are you”. There was a dog in the store, which I love, and upon greeting the dog and giving him pets I asked “what kind of dog is this”. The dude very sarcastically answered “four-legged”. Extremely disappointing interaction and I am now going to grab a Visa card from Walgreens instead.

The space is amazing, staff are wonderful, books are beautifully displayed, coffee is dark and strong and the chocolates… OMG the chocolates are little pieces of decadent art that are almost too beautiful to eat! If you visit this store and have trash to talk, you’re a dirty, dirty goblin lover!
