Britton receives a 5-Star rating from me. He was professional, courteous, and thorough in his A/C-Heating Maintenance seasonal checkup. I was very pleased with his attitude and disposition towards his job. I could tell he enjoyed working for One Hour Air and was very knowledgeable. Britton is welcome at my home anytime in the future. Britton is an excellent representative of the company. One Hour Air would be served well to keep Britton in their employment.

We recently sought a second opinion for our HVAC system after an initial experience through our homeowners insurance, and working with Bellamy made all the difference. Bellamy was incredibly thorough, spending an extended amount of time in our home completing a full and thoughtful assessment rather than rushing through a checklist. He took the time to educate us on what was actually happening, clearly explaining the root issues and what was needed to resolve them. That level of transparency immediately built trust. What stood out just as much as his expertise was his demeanor. Bellamy was personable, respectful, and genuinely caring. He treated our home like it was his own and showed real concern for the safety and well-being of our family, especially our children. That kind of care is rare and deeply appreciated. I am truly grateful to have had Bellamy work on our home. His professionalism, integrity, and compassion set a very high standard. I wish him continued success and would confidently recommend him to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy HVAC support.

He spent the time to explain every step he was going to do to repair our unit. I will request him to service my unit from this day forward.
