This was my first time visiting ROG, and from the moment I walked in, the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. The spa has an upscale, relaxing atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. I received the Venus Body Contouring service, which was performed by Mrs. Ambitious. She is extremely knowledgeable about both the treatment and the machine, and she took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I felt confident and comfortable throughout the entire session. If you’re looking to get your body contoured, I definitely recommend booking with Ambitious.

Excellent experience with my VI Peel. The provider was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely thorough — not just during the procedure, but in clearly explaining the science behind the peel and setting realistic expectations for healing and results. Everything progressed exactly as described, which says a lot about their experience and attention to detail. I value clinics that take skin health seriously rather than rushing treatments, and this one does. I plan to continue my treatments here and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for consistent, well-managed results.

Very nice facility and friendly staff. The nurse went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I've gotten Botox at other clinics in the past and this was my best experience by far. The nurse actually took the time to thoroughly evaluate my face and the results I wanted. I will definitely be back!

I visited today and I had a great experience from the moment I walked in. There's an easy check in process, the team at the front were very welcoming and friendly. I accidentally showed up 1HR before my appointment and they were accommodating and quickly helped me get in without any delays. Brandi was my injector and she was amazing; we had a great time discussing esthetics as she's very down to earth, has a great personality and did a perfect job with my injections. The impressive Dr. Agnes stopped by my room prior to my injections to educate me on options with her years of knowledgeable and really showed care and a desire to ensure I had great results. The spa is very clean and relaxing and offer so many services. I would 100% recommend this Medspa and I look forward to future visits. I wish this business and its team many blessings and much success!

River Oaks Galleria Med Spa was amazing! from the moment I walked into the door, to meeting with the doctor, to getting my hydrafacial. Everyone was so nice and accommodating! The place was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. My service provider was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable, she recommended some good products for my skin, but did not make me feel pressured to buy anything which was really important to me as most places make you feel obligated & uncomfortable to do so. I will definitely be coming back not only for facials but for other services as well, they offer a lot of things! They also have a reward program which I really like!
