Robin at RLH Tax Services has been exceptional to work with. From the start, she and her team have been professional, responsive, and thorough. They use TaxDome, an intuitive and user-friendly platform that makes document uploads, task tracking, and communication seamless. I especially appreciate the ability to sign returns and submit payments electronically--it makes the entire process efficient and stress-free. Definitely recommend Robin and her team for filling your taxes. We had a somewhat complicated case that required an ITIN with self-employed taxes. Robin guided us through the entire process even when our submission was delayed due to a mistake by the IRS. She will do whatever it takes until the final service is delivered. Also, the online portal is also great since it allows us to easily upload and share any documents on the fly!
