My tires had worn down to the wire, so my neighbor recommended I check this place out. I'm glad I did, all the people there were really friendly and personable and they were able to get me a whole set of new tires in just a little over an hour (they had a few people in the building too, so it might even be less time if it wasn't so busy).

I want to start this by saying Zach did not have to do what he did for me. But he is the regional manager went out of his way to assist me into a better situation and even ate the cost of my old tires. After having bad experiences with workers that are no longer at the company, Zack apologized for them and made sure that I was taken care of giving me fresh tires. Giving me a new contract even though he didn't have to. He lost money but he gained a loyal customer and anytime anyone questions me for choosing RNR and States rumors or anything they might have heard I'm going to send them to this post with these tires that I did have and tell them about how Zach went out of his way to do something he did not have to do for me and how RNR went out of their way to make sure that I was taking care of and that I could drive home. Once again the pictures are of my old tires and Zack went out of his way to take care of me.
